In the final episodes of Tristan and his WHITEBOARD Seller Video Series (until more are added, of course...), we talk about what it's all about:  the closing!

In episode 10.1, we talk about the moving process.  You gotta move out before the buyer's can move in.  I know, not fun... We discuss what you need to leave, take, and otherwise take care of.

Episode 10.2 rolls on with the buyer's walk through.  What should you expect during this?

Then we waltz into learning more about the final numbers in episode 10.3.  Learn more about how the real estate taxes work in South Dakota and how they are paid at closing.

Finally, it's all over in episode 10.4.  Closing Day!  In this video we answer your questions on what to expect and bring to this occasion.  Don't forget your signing hand!
